Surrendering control to the universe
Hearing that the universe takes care of itself was a humble reminder that my anxiety and fears can be released when I surrender to what will be. This brought me so much peace and comfort. Often I can feel myself trying to hold the universe in my hands, like catching running water and it is a fruitless task. Remembering to smile, breathe, and show gratitude throughout the day will help me stay present and stray from trying to control the universe and outcomes that are out of my control. And then the water can simply wash over my hands and cleanse them, which leaves me feeling refreshed and pure instead of anxious and fearful. Thank you for this humble reminder ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป

This meditation is so powerful. For me it helped me truly feel one and in complete openness with the Universe. I love affirmations about letting go and basking in the knowledge that the Universe has you right where you are meant to be, you just have to have an open mind as well as an open heart to see it. I stumbled on this meditation and am very glad I did. Iโ€™ve never much liked affirmations, though I think they may be helpful to some. This meditation that includes smiling more and letting the universe take care of itself is very empowering. I want to listen to it often.

Sweet spot
I learned that I could just let go and become totally calm by repeating the affirmation. I was already smiling at the point the instructor suggested it and I didnโ€™t want it to end. Thanks ๐Ÿ™
