One of the core processes of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is Acceptance. In this talk, we discuss Acceptance in the context of ACT. Acceptance is all about embracing our inner, moment-to-moment emotions and sensations, and giving up the struggle with our experience. Acceptance is less about condoning circumstances. There is another track that takes the listener through an experiential practice of Acceptance.
