We canโ€™t be our best when we are worried or feeling stressed. This meditation is perfect to connect with your stillness from within. To slow down for a few moments. Slowing my breathing down, by inhaling slowly and deeply through my nose and exhaling slowly through my nose, I feel my mind and body begin to relax. Listening to Milanโ€™s soothing voice along with the background music continues to enhance this peaceful blissful feeling from within. I feel at ease and centered. Thank you Milan for this heavenly tranquil meditation! I will see you again tomorrow for my afternoon peace pause. Namaste! ๐Ÿ™โ˜ฎ๏ธ

Choosing Peace
Every one of us has been given the great gift of free will. Free will enables us to make choices in every second of our lives. Because everything is fighting for our attention in this world, we must be alert to distractions and then choose how we want to be in any given moment. In this tranquil meditation, we practice choosing peace. Bringing awareness to my breath, I returned to my center. Opening to the unfoldment in my center, peace was revealed. In this peace there was this amazing joy. Joy of simply being alive in this moment to witness this peace. Choosing peace, I am grateful for all the blessings Iโ€™ve been given as well as the ones that are currently on their way to me. Choosing peace, I am still regardless of the happenings around me.
