Acceptance is a person's process of approving or being ok with the reality of a situation, process, or condition (often a negative or uncomfortable situation) without attempting to change it or fight against it. To accept is to allow, this state of allowing brings harmony - the state of being open to life, to let go of your “conflict”, of your opposition, and of your fearful resistance to what is happening.
