Say the words aloud; let them fall into you and see what they stir from deep within. Repeat this prayer often. Your heart is waiting for this. Namaste!

Forgiveness
This brought me to the brink of happy tears. I forgive myself for hurting me, for not taking proper care of myself, for putting my selfish needs above what my inner voice was telling me. Thank you Dorothy.

That felt really special. Coming from a background where self depreciation is expected, it felt good to say these words out loud.. Thank you.

I feel lighter and less burdened.
I learned I need to forgive myself also. And I will practice.

Forgiving myself is vital and imperative
In order to forgive others. I must start by forgiving my self. It is an often missed step seen as unnecessary or even too hard.
