Loved using the image of a rainbow for flow.
Breathing deeply is one of the most useful techniques.I have learnt through meditation.

Not as helpful
The rainbow visualization definitely would have required more breath work and or mindfulness for me to relax into, my mind was still too busy to take advantage.

I felt the rainbow down to my toes
I really enjoyed the rainbow imagery. I’ve absorbed plenty of pure white light in my meditating day, but never a rainbow. That brought me to a slightly more joyous state than I expected. Thank you.

Get in the Flow
I actually really enjoyed this meditation. Usually my mind can be all over the place, or maybe it helped I just saw a rainbow the other day after a storm, but this just resonated with me. Thanks for sharing🙏🏽🩵
