1. Live for today. Worrying is praying for things you don’t want. 2.Remember all you have in life. The simplest things deliver your deepest needs. 3. Practice kindness. 4. What goes around comes back around to you. 5. Find the gift in life challenges. Embrace the lesson. 6. Forgiveness= freedom 7. Be true to yourself. 8. Enjoy the silence. Find a few quiet moments everyday for yourself. 9. Follow your heart. 10. What really matters in life is the person you have become.

I decided to begin this series anew. 10 steps to a better life. I'm excited to work through each step. Staying in the present, being my authentic self, practicing kindness; just to name a few. Some things come easier to me now. Like not worrying, not people pleasing, living my life according to my inner truth. My core values. Practicing gratitude for things I have. It's all laid out for me in a neat package. I'm ready. Today is a great day!
