The Song of Hiawatha is an 1855 epic poem written by Henry Wadsworth Longfellow. Its message could not be more topical. It is time that we gave peace a real chance. The time for warring, anger, and discord is over. It starts with finding peace with yourself and then allowing it to spread to others. The change will come from the periphery.

The Noble Eightfold Path is really practical and actionable guidance on how we can all live a more mindful, time-ful, and kindful life. There is no need to be a Buddhist or study Buddhism in order to embrace its wisdom. Furthermore, it’s nicely infectious. As we become more content in our being, others around us sit up and take notice. So both our inner and outer worlds benefit from the subtle shifts in our outlook.

The Noble Eightfold Path offers practical wisdom to live mindfully, kindly, and infectiously, benefitting both inner and outer worlds without the need to study Buddhism.
