I have been meditating since 1997 and have a Master's in Teaching Mindfulness, supervise MBSR teachers, and am also a Certified Teacher of Mindful Self-Compassion. Since 2009 I have been teaching the stressed-out general public, helping people from all walks of life and all ages and states of health. People have reported reduced stress, anxiety, burnout and improved sense of wellbeing, sleep, better relationships and being kinder to themselves and others around them.
