Peaceful Morning - Honouring The Now

Silence is peaceful and grounding. Silence is also ever-present. Controlling the mind is impossible and often leads to frustration. It is wiser to move our awareness to the omnipresent Silence of the Now. Thoughts are a phenomenon that arises and subsides in the silent space of Awareness or Consciousness. When we are aware of silence, we are in the HeartSpace, the Now space and we immediately relax and feel peace. All the scriptures and masters point to the Truth that Silence is Divine and is the language of God. In this meditation, you will be guided to recognize the silence between thoughts. You will realize that you do not have to be a victim of thoughts. This meditation is helpful when you are struggling with overthinking.

Grounding In Silence

Our past experiences create a story of "me". We believe the story and our belief bring in more experiences that reflect the story we hold on to. The story of "me" when examined is a bundle of thoughts and contracting/negative emotions which are triggered by the thoughts. The past is over but we are still holding on to the narrative. If we want something new in our life we have to let go of the old. Letting the story is possible by 1) Understanding that we are not our thoughts. This can be achieved through some self-explorative meditations like the type that is included in this audio 2) By healing emotions that are triggered by the thoughts. Once we heal this past we are open and allowing and this allows newness and love to enter our life.

Our past experiences create a limiting story of "me" that we believe and hold onto. To let go, we must understand we are not our thoughts and heal our emotions.

The ego-self wants to control life and is often generating thoughts and feelings of worry and anxiety. The ego-self is only a limited aspect of our Spiritual Self/Divine Source/Consciousness. The ego-self is time-bound and limited, the True Self is eternal, unlimited, omnipresent, and omnipotent. Surrendering to our True Selves allows us to relax and go with the flow of life. It also brings harmony and grace. Prayer is a beautiful way of connecting and developing a loving relationship with our Divine Creator/Parent.
