Expand Your Solar Plexus Energy

A simple practice that connects, opens, and balances the energy in the lower body by activating the energy centers of the palms of the hands and soles of the feet. Do this any time and it is a great way to start the day. When you practice on your own, increase the holding time to 2 minutes per side if you choose.

This Energy Activation connects, opens, and balances the energy centers of the lower body from the feet to ankles to knees to hips using the powerful energy from the palms of our hands to balance the energy flow. This technique involves holding each hand placement for a period of time, usually about one to two minutes but in this meditation, we practice for about a half-minute at each hand placement.
