My mantra is "You will always get more of what you focus on". In Matthew's Gospel, it's "Seek & You will Find". In my 121 coachings, I tell people who are catastrophizing that they are just making stuff up (though I use a shorter S-word!), and if you MUST make stuff up ... MAKE GOOD STUFF UP.
