This breathwork session is designed to help you release the day, stop your mind from racing and fall asleep more quickly. It is for those nights when the second you lay down in bed, your mind begins to race. You might start thinking of everything you could have done better, that email you forgot to respond to or the dishes left undone. In this session, you will use a conscious continuous breath, paired with the beautiful mantra "I am worthy, simply because I exist" to relax your mind and release the stress of the day past, so that you can fall asleep quickly and enjoy the restful, nourishing, and complete night sleep you deserve. So get comfy, tuck yourself in for the night, and press play, because you are ENOUGH.

Where do you feel stress in your body? Maybe it's an anxious feeling in your stomach, tightness in your shoulders or back, or a headache. For me, it's pain in my jaw. Stress is a normal part of our day. We all experience it. However, we don't often have time to process stress and emotions as they arise. We end up pushing them down and moving on with our day. It's when we don't circle back and release some of this stress that we start to feel it build up in our bodies. In this breathwork exercise, we will use a tri-active breath pattern to assist us in moving stored stress, emotions, and energy out of our bodies. It's safe to breathe, it's safe to feel, and it feels so good to let go.

Letting Go Of Stress In The Body

Often we feel like if we can just control the world around us, we will feel safe. However, most often this strategy backfires, leaving us feeling burnt out and more stressed from trying to hold everything together. In this breathwork session, we will practice releasing control, loosening our grip, and finding safety and security within. This session uses a tractive breath pattern paired with the beautiful affirmation: " I no longer force things, what crashes, crashes. What flows, flows. I only have space and time for the things that are meant for me". It's safe to let go of control. Let's breathe.

Letting Go Of Control

In this breathwork session, we will use our breath to help us release both physical and mental stress, allowing our bodies to relax, release and reset. This breathwork session is perfect right before bed or any time you would like to experience a deep sense of relaxation. This session uses an active halo active breath pattern and is best done laying down in a safe and comfortable place where you won't be interrupted for the next 20 minutes. Lock into the beautiful mantra "calmness washes over me every breath that I take" and let the relaxation begin.

Relax Release Reset

In this mini breathwork session, you will use your breath to shift your energy at the moment. You will use the blow breath pattern to move any stuck or stagnant energy in your body, raising your vibration and energy. This breath pattern is perfect when you are feeling tired, stressed, or overwhelmed and are looking to shake things off, using the mantra "I control my own energy".

Shift Your Energy Through Breath

Using the mantra "calmness washes over me, with every breath I take" paired with slow deep continuous breathing, this track will bring a wave of relaxation over your body. You will want to find a spot where you feel safe to close your eyes, lay down and fully relax for the next 10 minutes. Feel free to bring your favorite blanket and anything else you need to feel comfortable.

This breathwork track is designed specifically for those of us who identify as over-thinkers. During this exercise, our intention will be to release our thoughts, quiet our minds,s and connect with our bodies. We will use a triactive breath pattern which is a three-part breath, all through your mouth, continuously throughout this exercise. You will need a quiet space, where you have room to lay down and the space to breathe and feel for the next 15 minutes. It is safe to slow down. It is safe to turn it off. It is safe to be present in this moment and in your body.

This breathwork session is designed as a tool to use when you are feeling triggered or when something is bothering you and you can't figure out why. In this exercise, you will use a tri active (three part breath pattern all through your mouth) to tap into your body, allow yourself to become more aware of the parts of you that are feeling triggered, and to work through these thoughts and feelings as you breath. You can come back to this track as many times as you need to. BREATHE. FEEL. HEAL.
