Cultivate a Feeling of Certainty: Choosing a CAN over a SHOULD We want to have a CAN with a plan, not a SHOULD with regret.

Choose certainty over doubt by questioning reality, taking action, and prioritizing what you can do over what you should do.

SHOULDS focus on what you lack or haven’t done. I AM focuses on what you are and what you can do. “Emotions, you have to have them. Just don’t let them have you.” - Tony Robbins Your needs are your guide to living authentically. Your needs are your barometer. Use them to stay true to yourself and let go of anything that doesn't serve you.
