This is a three-part class that you can do back-to-back or over three days. This course is for everyone, whether you are interested in releasing fear or anxious thoughts or just want to view your life and reality through a new lens. Writing, reframing & meditation helps us to gain objectivity on our lives and better see the beauty all around us. Through a sequence of exercises, we will awaken or reawaken our positive creative energy in order to cultivate more self-awareness and recognize our full potential, which lies beyond worry. Using a variety of short creative exercises, affirmations, & visualizations, we will go on a personal creative journey. Each day will ask you to look at your life in a slightly different way.

Thoughts On Worry, Anxiety & Fear
So many of us have danced with worry for much of our lives in various contexts and we are told to let things go or live in the moment, but it doesn’t always feel so simple. Sometimes anxious thoughts and worry can be pervasive. Sometimes we even rationalize that our worries are well-founded. They make logical sense. And yet, it is clear that to worry will not change the future for the better. We are far better equipped to meet challenges and joys alike when we feel balanced and loving.
