3. Module 3: Daily Gratitude Practice

In this module, we will explore practical ways to include gratitude in your daily life. Including some of these practices can help you to develop a mindset of appreciation and focus on the positives in your life.

4. Module 4: Gratitude in Relationships

In this module, we'll explore the important role that gratitude plays in our relationships and how expressing gratitude can strengthen our connections with others.

5. Module 5: Overcoming Negativity with Gratitude

In this module, we will explore how gratitude can be an antidote to negativity and can also help you to navigate challenging emotions and experiences.

6. Module 6: Gratitude and Mindfulness

In this module, we will explore the powerful relationship between gratitude and mindfulness, and how combining these two practices can enhance your overall well-being.

7. Module 7: Creative Expressions of Gratitude
