My aim with this music was to bring together compelling words of self-belief, some ASMR whispers, a soothing piano melody, and blend it all into a composition that offers a completely new and restorative musical experience. I hope very much that you find the result uplifting and engaging. It is said the repetition of a mantra encourages the mind to enter a more focussed state. It's not necessarily the chosen mantra that does the work, but the energy, intention, and vibration created as you repeat the phrase, which can put you on the path towards greater self-awareness, reduced levels of stress, a sense of calm, and increased self-belief.

There is a simple but rich piano refrain, which initially blends and grows with the ASMR, until the ASMR subsides, leaving the piano and background instruments to bring the piece to a calming end. The 174 Hz Solfeggio frequency is considered to relieve pain and tension. All the instruments and musical decoration in this music have been tuned to this frequency, including the Theta brainwave pulse, which you should be able to hear in the background. Joining both Solfeggio frequencies along with Isochronic (brainwave) tones is something completely new and early indications show, there may be numerous benefits including observing your breath gradually slowing down, making you very relaxed as you drift towards quiet meditation or sleep. This piece of music was great fun to write, experiencing an abundance of emotions along the way, reflecting on this moment in time, the time lost, and how to best spend the time to come. The progression of the music grows from the initial simulation of a clock ticking, to a verse teeming with positivity, steadily building towards an energetic chorus, but one still thoughtful with an undertone of reflection, in some parts, making me happy and sad at the same time somehow.
