The Anchor Of Breath
You've been breathing your whole life! But today, we'll make it less 'automatic' and more 'awesome.' We'll use your breath as an anchor to the present moment.

Body Scan For Relaxation
We'll do a gentle body scan to find all those hidden pockets of tension. It's like a treasure hunt, but the treasure is relaxation.

Mindful Listening
We'll practice mindful listening, noticing the sounds around us without judgment. Is that a siren? A bird? Or just your brain making up stories? Either way, we'll listen and let it be.

Loving-Kindness Meditation
Time to spread the love! We'll start with kindness to ourselves (a very important step!) and then send those good vibes out to the world.

Observing Thoughts
We'll sit back and watch the show, observing our thoughts like they're characters on a reality TV show. Drama? Comedy? Suspense? We'll see it all.

Walking Meditation
We'll practice mindful walking, turning a regular stroll into a moving meditation. Feel the ground, breathe the air, and just be present with each step.

Caroline trained very early in body and mind formats, especially structural integration therapy. She later became a yoga instructor for Prana Vinyasa Flow after a life changing experience.
