A short gentle little grounding meditation - just 7 minutes - to help bring you down out of a busy, thinking mind and back in connection with the breath. A little can go a long way in meditation. Beginner's Mindfulness Meditation
Welcome, this meditation is designed for those new to the practice looking to carve out a little stillness and space amidst the stress and busyness of life. There is ample guidance, shorter pauses, and some background music to open and end the session. Based on mindfulness meditation, the practice will guide you to be with the breath and body, without judgment, to help draw awareness from the busy thinking mind into presence.
