We are thrilled to announce 4 new content verticals that have recently launched on Aura - prayer, breathwork, ASMR, and health coaching.
Prayer has been a part of human life for at least 5000 years and is still relevant to us today. It is the foundation of spirituality, and spirituality is an important pillar of mental wellbeing.
Prayer provides hope, improves mood, and helps us cope with difficulties. Studies also suggest that prayer can help ease depression and anxiety, improve self-esteem, cope with addictions, and much more.
We offer Christian, Buddhist, as well as unaffiliated prayer. If you’re not religious but would like to explore prayer as a form of spirituality, unaffiliated prayer can be a great option for you.

Breathwork is a wide range of breathing exercises and techniques which involve intentionally changing how you breathe. Box breathing and alternate nostril breathing are some of the most popular ones.
Breathwork practice has a wide range of benefits. It can promote deep relaxation, reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep, process trauma, and more. You can even use it to feel more energized and improve your mood.

ASMR exploded in popularity over the past decade because of its ability to promote relaxation and deep sleep. ASMR stands for “autonomous sensory meridian response.” It’s a tingling and calming sensory experience that you can experience by paying close attention to audio or visual stimuli.
Although ASMR often comes in video form, it can put people off. That’s why we offer audio-only, family-friendly tracks - Aura’s version of the ASMR experience.
